Virus Ch3Hundreds of questions were running through Jeff's head right now. What happened? Are Red and the others alright? And what about BEN? Is he okay? The three boys ran through the portal, back to the mansion. As soon as they got there, Jack pulled them towards the System room. Inside the room, Masky was sitting on the floor. On his lap was a small red-and-yellow creature. Jeff recognized it right away.
"BRVR!" The three ran towards Masky. Hoodie knelt next to his partner and placed a hand on the odd pikachu.
"What is he doing here, Masky?' Hoodie spoke softly.
"Wait...." Jeff said. "If BRVR's here, then..." He turned his head and nearly fell from shocked. Laying on a table was Red, who was covered in wires from the computers. The wires were more than likely being used to keep Red from glitching out from being out of the Cyber World. Jeff ran to the table. "Red....can you hear me?" The glitchy boy's red eyes opened.
"Red what happened?"
"I...I'm not sure...something...appeared...
Virus Ch1"And that's how it works! Now if I'm on a cyber mission, you can see me." BEN smiled. He was showing his friend and roommate Jeff his new computer equipment. "So, if you get worried, you can see what's going on."
"And why would I be worried about you?" Jeff questioned.
"Because you love me." BEN said in a very child-like voice, nuzzling his head against Jeff.
"Oh, shut up." Jeff laughed and pushed the strange boy away. "Anyway, I gotta go. See ya later." Jeff slipped on his white hoodie and grabbed his knife. "Be careful using that stuff." He said on his way out the door.
"I knew you loved me!" BEN laughed.
"Shut up, BEN." Jeff called from the hallway. BEN spun around in his chair for a while. Jeff was being sent on a special assassination mission with Masky and Hoodie, and wouldn't be back for a week. BEN stopped spinning when he saw the Operator flicker on his screen. BEN slipped his headset on. "What's up, Masky?"
"You've been called for a mission to the Cyber World."
Virus Ch4"Glitching?!" Masky and Hoodie ran to the computer. "Oh my Zalgo..." Masky turned away. The three knew what happened if a Cyber Proxy glitched. It usually meant death. The only known Proxy to survive glitching was Red, but it caused him major health problems in the real world.
"What are we going to do??" Jeff turned to the masked boys, his face full of terror.
"There's only one thing we can do." A voice called from outside the room, surprising the three boys. Red, who was just barely able to hold himself up, walked into the room. "We have to track BEN down and rescue him." Red coughed and dropped to his knees. Jack, who was trying to get him to go back, ran to his side.
"Red, what are you doing?" Hoodie ran over. Him and Jack helped him up. "You shouldn't be out of the System Room. You can't afford to be unhooked."
"F-Forget that." Red coughed. "Take me to Master Slenderman."
"Please, Hoodie." He pleaded. "I need the help of the First Note and his Proxies. I'm not strong
Virus Ch8"Ah....my head...." BEN slowly opened his eyes. His vision was blurred. "Where am I...?"
"Good morning, hero...." A voice called. BEN was barely able to make out who was next to him.
"....Krys?" BEN tried to get up, but immediately fell. "Ow..."
"I wouldn't move if I were you. You're pretty beaten up."
"Krys...where are we...?"
"In some kind of holding cell at Zalgo knows where." Krys stood herself up. "Alright. We need to find a way out." BEN went to sit up, but Krys pushed him back down with her foot.
"Ow! What the hell??"
"Stay down. You can't even see straight, can you?"
"....Fine." BEN sighed. Krys did have a point. He was of no use in his condition.
"Hey!" Krys grinned. "There's a crack in this wall." Krys bent down and picked up something heavy. She hit the wall until it crumbled. "Heh. Idiots. They need to learn to fix broken stuff." She turned towards BEN. "Come on. We're getting out of here."
"Alright..." BEN was going to stand up, but felt himself being lifted. "Whoa!"
Two of a Kind (BEN X Jeff) Ch. 9BEN sighed and sat at his computer. It had been about a day since Jeff snuck out, and he was feeling pretty lonely. Jack had been in BEN's room numerous times to check on him and keep him company. BEN liked Jack. Even though he was mute, Jack was a very comforting person. BEN switched his computer on and browsed through YouTube. As tempting as it was, BEN was forbidden to look up any videos involving Slender, Masky, The Collective or anything to that nature. He knew that if he learned secrets, such as who Masky really was, he'd be killed.
"....." Giving into curiosity, BEN slowly typed out the words 'Marble Ho-'.
"BEN?" Masky knocked at the door. BEN quickly shut down the computer as Masky walked in. "What are you doing?"
"Nothing." BEN sat back. "What's up?" Masky looked around.
"Have you seen Jeff around?" BEN tensed up.
"No." He answered quickly.
"....BEN? What are you hiding?"
"Nothing. Why would I be hiding something?" BEN turned to face Masky.
"I know when you're lying, you brat!
Virus Ch6"You ready, Jeff?"
Red held Jeff down as Masky shot him with a few volts of electricity. Jeff closed his singed eyes as much as he could and held his breath. They were prepping Jeff for the feeling of being dematerialized into the computer system. To a Cyber like Red, it was nothing. But to a human like Masky or Jeff, it could be instant death. Masky pressed a button, and the electricity stopped.
"You alright, Jeff?"
"Alright." He turned back. "Now for the re-materializing. Red?"
"Got it." Red grabbed Jeff again. Because of the electricity, Red was able to help without the wires connected to him. Masky turned on the electricity, with a higher voltage. This time, Jeff yelped. If it wasn't for Red standing over him, Jeff would probably have fallen off the table. Masky shut it down and sighed.
"Alright. Stop. If it hurt him, then he ca-."
"No..." Jeff sat himself up. He was shaking a bit. "I can handle it..."
"Just trust me." Jeff smiled. "I'll be ok
Two of a Kind (BEN X Jeff) Ch. 6"Finally...." "Now I know it." "He really does love me..." Those thoughts ran through BEN's brain. BEN had been in love with his partner and best friend, Jeff, for the longest time. He just didn't realize it until now. Now realizing what he had just done, Jeff quickly pulled away.
"S-Sorry, BEN!" He said, his face completely red. Jeff stood up, and went to walk away. But, before he could, BEN grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him back onto the bed, kissing him.
"Don't be." BEN said, smiling after a while. His face was still all red as well. His eyes softened, as did his smile. "I...don't know how to say how I feel. After what happened in my homeland, I've had a hard time expressing myself..." He took a deep breath. "Jeff....I....I..."
"I know what you're gonna say. And I feel the same way." Jeff smiled. BEN's eyes widened.
"Y-You do??" BEN's eyes lit up.
"Yes." Jeff pulled BEN over to him and held him. "I love you, BEN...."
BEN closed his eyes, a huge smile on his
Virus Ch7"Alright. First stop." Jeff, Red and BRVR stepped through the portal to Mt. Silver. Jeff shivered and put his hood on. "Damn. It's cold here." He looked over at Red, who was frantically searching for his friend.
"Gold?? Gold?!" Red panicked. "Where are you?!?"
Jeff decided to search as well. He stopped when he heard panicked screams. "Red???" Jeff turned to run towards him, but stopped.
"Gold.....Come on, Gold....." Jeff heard Red's voice crack. "Gold...." He didn't need to go over to find out what happened.
Gold was dead.
Jeff slowly walked over. "Red..."
"Gold.....why Gold...?" Red cradled his dead friend. Jeff had never seen Red like this. The cruel leader of the haunted Mt. Silver was on his knees, sobbing. Jeff felt himself tear up. Seeing Red cradle Gold brought back the memory of him holding Liu, shortly after he killed him. He crouched next to Red.
"It's not!" Red pushed Jeff's hand away. "Gold counted on me....You trusted me, and I let you die.....I'
Two of a Kind (BEN X Jeff) Ch. 11"Ready to go?" Masky looked at the group. Everyone had something to fight with. Masky had a pipe, BEN had his sword, Hoodie had a knife. Jack had convinced them that he didn't need a weapon.
"Hell yeah." BEN grinned. "Let's go help those idiots!" The three walked through the door to The Collective's base. Masky shuddered.
"You three are lucky you aren't human...All I can feel is darkness..." Masky looked around, nervous. Hoodie placed a hand on his partner's shoulder.
"Don't worry, Masky." He reassured him.
"Masky?? Hoodie??" A voice called. Shadows formed as Firebrand slipped through the wall.
"Firebrand...." Masky backed up. Hoodie walked towards him.
"Sorry about Masky. He-."
"I know. He can't get touched by others like us, or he will take his body back." Firebrand grabbed Hoodie's arm. "Come on! Observer's gonna kill him! We have to hurry!"
"Calm down, Firebrand." Masky walked towards them, careful to not be touched. "Who is Observer going to kill?"
"What?!" BEN ran
JeffXBEN - Fate was Meant for Us - Part 1I Remember walking down a the side walk i usually take home everyday to get back home. When ever I Would get home, Smile would be at the door, and just jump all over me for his friendly greeting. I'm lucky to have a Dog like smile, someone who loves me. Of course i have friends, many friends. But theirs still not alot of people Ive met in the under realm, besides Ive only just came here about 6 months ago.
So as I was saying, One day i walked back home from an assignment form my mentor the SlenderMan, or as I Like to call him, Slendy. It had snowed on my way back home and by the time i reached my neighborhood, the entire ground was covered with 2 ft of snow. It was really cold out, so i tried my best tucking my neck, my nose, and my hands in my pockets and on the neck part of my jacket.
I was just 5 houses away from mine, rushing to get back home, when i noticed a huge clump of snow, bigger then the other thick blankets of snow, i stopped and backed away to take a look at the clump. It
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 14When My Life Changed Ch. 14: Found you.
"Do you think we'll be able to find out who this S.K. is?" Rain asked. "I'm not sure Rainy, I hope so. Even if we can't right away, that doesn't mean we won't ever find out. I want answers. I want to know what they did with Jeff because he wasn't anywhere to be found in the hospital, and Bridgette has no idea where he is." BEN replied.
"That's a little unnerving, don't you think?" "Yeah, I do". They kept talking as they walked to god knows where. They just kept going and didn't stop until they got the next clue on where S.K. was. "When do you think we'll get the next text?" She asked.
"Hopefully soon. I'm tired of walking and I'm not just gonna stand around while whoever the hell sending these pictures is still out there. Making a fool of us." He hissed. "Tired of walking huh?" Rain got back down on all fours. "Get on my back then."
"W-what?". He continued. "Horses are for riding. You are my friend, n
JeffXBEN - Fate was Meant for Us - Part 3Its Been a couple weeks ever since i asked Ben about what had happened to him. Ben was silent for the first week, but he started being himself again after the one week. Its been 7 weeks now, and me and Ben are like Best Friends now. I'm glad to be Best friends with him, but by time Ive been Feeling some sort of special warm feeling when ever we laugh together, and well, basically do alot of things together. Tonight me and Ben are going to watch some horror movie. I'm planning to tell him what Ive been feeling between us, and hopefully it may not be a crazy reaction.
Ben Was already sitting on the couch, flipping through on Netflix to find some horror movie he would find interesting, he naturally picked Cabin in the Woods. He told me he only saw a trailer, and i thought he might get scared of this movie. He already told me he was nervous when he saw the trailer, but he said it would be fun to get scared. So i just let him think what he wanted to think. I Took a seat next to him on
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 6When My Life Changed Ch. 6: Sad and shocking news.
BEN continued to cry on the floor. The nurse watched as tears slowly formed in her eyes. She may not have know Jeff or BEN at all, but she still felt really bad for them. He slowly got up, and walked over to the bed that Jeff laid in. "I'll leave you alone." The nurse said before walking out of the room in tears. BEN looked at the perfectly still form laying before him. He reached for Jeff's hand shaking. "H-hay Jeff." He said tearing up again.
"I'm so sorry for what I did, I shouldn't have just let what happen go! Now you'r gone.........and it's.......all my fault........" He said, falling back on the floor. Jeff's hoody was laying in the chair by the bed, so BEN took it in his arms and held it close. It was still warm as if Jeff had just taken it off. As he got back up off the floor, his knife and phone fell out of the pocket. BEN pick them up and placed the knife i
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 7When My Life Changed Ch. 7: A truth to be shared.
Slendy looked down at his feet and sighed. "The truth is, I did know about Jeff's condition for a very long time."
The whole room was in shock. "Why didn't you tell us..." BEN asked with anger. "What?" Slendy said. Again, he asked the same thing but this time, it was filled with such hatred. "Why.......didn't you tell us?!"
BEN turned away from his cold friend to face Slendy. "Calm down BEN." a sweet, soothing, but very sad voice said. He turned around to see Rain on the other side of the hospital bed that held the still form of Jeff.
Smile jumped up onto the bed and carefully laid down inbetween Jeff's legs whimpering. "It's ok Smile doggy.....it's ok." Rain said patting his head. BEN looked back over and Slenderman. "You never answered me"
"What do you mean?" Slendy asked. "I mean, you still never answered my question!!" BEN shouted. "Why do you care so much? This seems to really be gettin
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 8When My Life Changed Ch. 8: All my fault?
BEN looked up from the young killer's hoody. "What?" He asked. Rain sat down by the road next to him. "I said, thats not true. He missed you so much and there is no way that just because you love him, he wouldn't wanna see you again."
"How do you know?" BEN said still crying. "I chased him around the house and out into the backyard! I cornered him out in the snow and I watched him fall face first onto the ground, seeing his blood paint the snow! I have no doubt in my mind that his blood is still out there! So after all of what I have done, what makes you think that he would have ever wanted to see me again!?"
Rain looked at her feet and moved around the snow that was still on the ground. "Because he loved you too..." She said looking at BEN's red face. ".....h-how would you know?"
The deformed creature sighed. "In the time of you being gone, I kept Jeff company. He told me everything that was botherin
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 5When My Life Changed Ch. 5: Can't be dead.
BEN struggled to breath. He couldn't believe what he had just said, but it was all true. He really did love Jeff, he just didn't know he loved him "that way". Soon enough, he heard sirens outside the house. As fast as he could he quikly dashed out the front door not wanting to be away from Jeff for too long.
"He's in here!! Please! Hurry!!" he shouted running back into the house. About three or four people rushed inside the house and put Jeff on a gurney. BEN held his hand as they wheeled him out of the house. "C-can i come w-with him?" BEN asked shaking. "Yes you may" one of them said.
As they put Jeff in the ambulance, BEN sat on the bench next to him still holding his hand. "Please Jeff, don't leave me! Please!!" He cried out. Two people were sitting in the back with him doing their best to stop the bleeding. After 15 minutes, they succeeded.
BEN was puzzled though, thinking to himself. How did they s
Hoodie X Masky (Partners for life: Part 2)*Hoodie POV*
I woke up still in the tree, but Masky was gone. The first thing I did was look under the tree to see if he fell out. Nope, he wasn't there. I looked around to see if he was in another branch, or maybe even tree.He was just gone. I sat up and reached over for my mask, his mask was gone. I sighed and swung my legs over the side of the branch nad lowered myself to another lower branch. I was about 6 feet off he ground, so I just jumped. I landed with my knees bent and hands on the ground. I stood up and brushed the dust off of my hoodie. I leaned agaisnt a tree looking around, and I put my hands in my hoodie pocket. I felt a paper, nad took it out holding it up infront of my mask. I read it: Dear Hoodie, I went out to finish the mission. Meet me back at the mansion after you read this. Yours, Masky. I put the paper back into my pocket and I was off.
Masky was sitting on the couch with Jack and Ben. Hoodie walked over and sat on the far left side near Jack.
"Hey guys." Hoodie
Virus Ch2"Well, that took longer than expected." BEN sighed and wiped the blood off of his blade. On the ground was the dead body of the spy who was trying to bust BEN. A cherub, just like him. "You poor, poor bastard...if it was the past, I would have protected you." BEN sighed and turned away. "Oh well. I guess I should visit the others. Gold will throw a fit if I don't." BEN said, opening a portal headed for Mt. Silver.
BEN lept through the portal and looked around. He was pretty shocked to see that no one was around. "Hello? Gold? Red? Krys? BRVR?" At this point, BEN began to worry.
"B-BEN....." A weak, strained voice called. BEN looked around. He knew that voice. It was Gold. He sounded as if he was in pain.
"Gold?! Where are you?!" BEN looked through the different cracks and caves. His eyes widened when he finally found him. "Gold!!"
"BEN....I.....I need you to...run..." Gold was on the ground, bleeding. And it wasn't just from his eyes like usual. He was bleeding from his nose, mouth and
Teenage TaoismGiving birth is the closest I’d ever felt to dying.
Before that, my near death experiences had consisted only of my silent announcement of pregnancy—silent, being that my social media accounts were all deleted almost simultaneously and I never returned to school in the fall, saying without really saying that I had caught the malicious disease of “teenage pregnancy”. I’m sure the whisper spread in the hallways like the Bubonic Plague. That September, sitting at home on what would have been the first day of my senior year, I imagined friends I’d never talk to again saying “she was only seventeen, and so full of life!” at my absence in the cafeteria tables, as if they were attending my funeral instead of talking about me behind my back.
"Full of life," I had snorted then, folding a never ending stream of what had once been my own baby clothes. "Literally."
I walked around like a zombie for the months of my pregnancy, deciding t
