"YOU IDIOT!!" Masky threw BEN to the ground. "How could you let Jeff go?! And to The Observer's lair of all places! Do you know what The Collective will do to him if he get's caught?!?"
"You don't think I know that?! You don't think I wanted him to just forget about her?!"
"But you still let him go!" Masky went to grab BEN, but felt himself being held back. "Get out of here, Jack!!" Jack held Masky and pulled him away from BEN, who stood himself up. "Let go!"
"Calm the fuck down, Masky!!" Masky's eyes shot open. He looked at the doorway, where Hoodie stood. It was Hoodie speaking....but it wasn't Hoodie's voice. Masky looked at Jack. "Are you doing this?!"
"Yes. I'm using Hoodie as a way to speak to you." Jack moved his hand, and Hoodie entered.
"No! Now you listen to me, leave BEN alone! If he had his way right now, Jeff would still be here and safe! He knew he wouldn't be able to stop Jeff, so he let him go. Now if you lay one more hand on him, I swear to Zalgo I'll kill you myself!!" Jack let out a hiss from his own body. Masky sighed.
"Alright, alright....BEN, I'm sorry. Now, Jack. Please let my partner go." Jack nodded, and released Hoodie from his influence. He gave Hoodie a look.
"It's alright, Jack. Don't apologize. You did what you needed to do." Hoodie smiled behind his mask. Masky looked over at BEN. "Get your sword."
"Why?" BEN asked, confused.
"Because the four of us are going to save Jeff and Jane."
Firebrand led Jeff through the halls, hiding him whenever another Collective member walked by. He couldn't believe that he was risking his life for this boy. "We're almost there." Firebrand led Jeff to a room. He typed a code into the small computer that was there. "Go in." Jeff walked into the room and gave a slight smile.
"Well, don't you look terrified?" Jeff joked. He was relieved that Jane was alright. Jane turned around and jumped up. She ran at him. Instead of tackling him and trying to kill him, she clung to him.
"Jeff...." Her voice cracked. "I'm sorry." She sobbed. Jeff gave her a tight hug.
"It's alright, Jane....It's alright now." Jeff smiled. Suddenly, Jane backed up and pushed herself against the wall.
"....?" Jeff heard painful screaming. It took him a while to figure out that he was the one screaming. He felt an intense pain in his arm. Jeff's already wide eyes widened even more as he turned his head and saw the Observer, grabbing his now broken arm.
